Manage Frequently Refreshed Data in the Workbooks
The frequently refreshed data is available in the semantic model either automatically or you can add such data manually.
When you enable and schedule the frequent data refresh process for the automated frequent refresh scenarios, the system creates an FDR folder in the applicable subject area. This folder has an FDR flag column that you can filter on Y to include the frequently refreshed data in the workbook. If the subject area contains multiple fact tables, you'll see only one FDR folder or flag. When you enable and schedule the frequent data refresh process for the manual scenarios, you must configure the semantic model customizations to use such data.
