Skip merge of matching customers with NetSuite Internal ID

When importing NetSuite customers into OpenAir, OpenAir NetSuite Connector uses the NetSuite ID custom field in OpenAir to find the matching OpenAir record. If there are no matching results, it uses the Customer ID (customer.entityId) on the NetSuite customer record and the Nickname (Customer.name) on the OpenAir customer record to find a matching record with a case-insensitive search. If a NetSuite Customer ID – OpenAir Nickname match exists, OpenAir NetSuite Connector updates the NetSuite ID by default.

Check this box to perform an additional check based on the NetSuite ID custom field on the matching OpenAir record. When the Skip merge of matching customers with NetSuite Internal ID setting is enabled and OpenAir NetSuite Connector finds matching records exist based on NetSuite Customer ID – OpenAir Nickname:
