Expose NetSuite full synchronization control since date

When enabled, the Run NetSuite full synchronization link is available from the tips menu.

You can specify a date to restrict the synchronization to records last modified on or after this date:

• If you specify a date, clicking Run NetSuite full synchronization will run the synchronization and include all records last modified on or after midnight Pacific Time (00:00:00.000-08:00/00:00:00.000-07:00) of the date specified across all selected workflows.

  Note:

  During winter months, the Pacific Time Zone is eight hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-8) and is referred to as Pacific Standard Time (PST). In summer months, the Pacific Time Zone is seven hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-7) and is referred to as Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

• Otherwise, clicking Run NetSuite full synchronization will run the synchronization and include all records across all selected workflows regardless of when the record was last modified.
