Configuring OpenAir for the Integration
OpenAir Professional Services configures your OpenAir account initially so that you can use the integration. Thereafter, you can control your integration settings using the OpenAir NetSuite Connector UI, if you need to make any changes or if you want to take advantages of new integration features. You should contact OpenAir Professional Services if you need to make changes to your integration configuration, and that you test any configuration changes on sandbox accounts before implementing them on your production accounts.
To access the OpenAir NetSuite Connector UI, go to Administration > NetSuite Connector.
As announced in the October 8, 2022 OpenAir release notes, the New NetSuite Connector UI feature is required to use OpenAir NetSuite Connector. The NetSuite <> OpenAir integration does not work otherwise. For more information about switching to the new OpenAir NetSuite Connector UI, see Switching to the New OpenAir NetSuite Connector UI.
The OpenAir NetSuite Connector configuration and administration includes the following elements:

Main OpenAir NetSuite Connector page — The main OpenAir NetSuite Connector page lets you specify the credentials used to connect to your NetSuite account, specify the data to import from NetSuite to OpenAir and to export from OpenAir to NetSuite, and manage other settings.
The main OpenAir NetSuite Connector page includes several tabs, and uses a graphical user interface instead of advanced tag notation to allow more control over customizing the integration. For an overview of the feature, see Navigating the OpenAir NetSuite Connector UI.
The following help topics describe how to configure OpenAir NetSuite Connector for the integration when the New NetSuite Connector UI feature is enabled for your account:

NetSuite Connector administration form — The NetSuite Connector administration form lets you select the workflows to include in your integration and additional features, depending on your business needs. For more information, see NetSuite Connector Administration Settings.

Workflow settings — You can control settings specific to each workflow. On the NetSuite Connector Mapping screen, select a workflow and click Settings in the top right corner to view the workflow settings form. The Mapping screen only shows the Settings link if there are any specific settings for the selected workflow. See Workflow Settings.

Settings history page — Review the history of integration configuration changes. See Reviewing NetSuite Connector Settings History.
