Running the Bulk Import and Export Integration on Demand

You can trigger the integration manually to import and export records in bulk on demand. You must be an OpenAir account administrator or have the “View and run the NetSuite integration” role permissions to do so.

• You can select the integration workflows you want to include in each manual run. OpenAir NetSuite Connector validates any workflow dependencies before running the integration. A validation error message appears if a workflow is required but not included in the run. For example, if you configure the manual run to import projects from NetSuite, customers must also be imported.

• Only the integrated records modified since the last integration run are included. OpenAir NetSuite Connector compares the Updated timestamp on the NetSuite record and the OpenAir record to determine which records to include in the integration.

  You can run a full synchronization to synchronize all integrated records for all or selected workflows. See Running a Full Synchronization on Demand.

To run the bulk integration on demand:

1. In OpenAir, go to Administration > NetSuite Connector.

2. Click Run.

   A popup window appears.

3. Check the boxes for the integration workflows you want to include in the integration run.

4. Click Run to launch the integration run for the selected integration workflows.
