Include NetSuite leads marked 'Export to OpenAir' in the customers import

Check this box to import NetSuite leads (customer records with the Stage field set to Lead) as well as NetSuite customers (customer records with the Stage field set to Customer) into OpenAir as customers.

By default, customer records are imported from NetSuite into OpenAir if the Export to OpenAir [custentity_oa_export_to_openair] box is checked on the customer record in NetSuite. You can modify this behavior ā€” See Disable Export to OpenAir filtering for employees in NetSuite integration.

You can also import NetSuite prospects (customer records with the Stage field set to Prospect) ā€” See Include NetSuite prospects marked 'Export to OpenAir' in the customers import.

Tip:

By default, lead and prospect records are imported into OpenAir as customers (customer records of type ā€œCā€). To import lead and prospect records into OpenAir as prospects, use a custom field mapping definition to set the customer.type in OpenAir to C (Customer) or P (Prospect) depending on the Customer.stage value in NetSuite (_customer, _lead, or _prospect).
