Account Settings

Before you can exchange information between Microsoft Project and OpenAir, you need to sign in to your OpenAir account. The Account Settings window launches from the OpenAir toolbar.

To access your OpenAir account:

1. Click the OpenAir toolbar and select Account Settings.

   The Please enter your OpenAir account information window appears.

   

2. Server — Enter the URL for your OpenAir Account. The server URL includes the domain name your OpenAir account <account-domain>. For more information about your account-specific domain name, see Your Account URLs.

3. Click OK. In most cases, Account ID is left blank.

   Note:

   By clicking the OK button, you understand and agree that the use of Oracle's application is subject to the Oracle.com Terms of Use. Additional details regarding Oracle’s collection and use of your personal information, including information about access, retention, rectification, deletion, security, cross-border transfers and other topics, is available in the Oracle Privacy Policy.

   You are connected to your OpenAir account.

   Note:

   This connection remains active while Microsoft Project is open and you can perform multiple tasks. When you close Microsoft Project and re-open it, you must reenter your password unless you checked the Remember Password check box.
