Troubleshooting

The first step in troubleshooting is to ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Projects Connector so that you have the most recent enhancements, fixes, and features. You are prompted to download a new version when it becomes available. We recommend that you do so. Refer to Installing a New Version for more information.

If you are experiencing difficulties with Projects Connector or would like to enable an optional feature for your OpenAir account, create a support case. Our Customer Support staff and engineers will work with you to find a solution to your problem. See Creating a Support Case.

Important:

Make sure you attach the Projects Connector log file (compressed as a ZIP file) when creating a support case.

To view the log in Microsoft Projects, click the OpenAir toolbar and select About OpenAir Projects Connector, then click View Log file.
