Education

Education represents the level of education an employee resource has attained. It is one of the standard Resource Profile elements predefined in OpenAir. The Education link only displays if you have activated this as a Resource profile option. See Resource Profile.

You want to define Education entries in such a way that they can be tracked by your HR department or needs of your customers. Education entries provide an additional search and reporting capability.

To create an Education record:

  1. Go to Administration > Application Settings > Resources > Education.

  2. Select New Education from the Create Button.

  3. Type the Name of the Education record.

  4. Add Description, if desired.

  5. Select “Active Education”. When “Active Education” is selected, the education will appear as a selectable option for users.

  6. Click Save.

Note:

Education profiles may be disabled for your account. If you would like Education to be available in, or removed from Administration > Application Settings > Resources > Industries, contact OpenAir Customer Support.
