What is a fulfillment location?
A fulfillment location is an operating location where your company keeps stock and processes orders. Select it on a sales order that contains physical items to identify the location that fulfills the order.
QuickStart uses operating locations in different fields depending on the transaction:
- A sales order uses Fulfillment location.
- A purchase order uses Receiving location.
- An invoice uses Location when the field is available.
