Review the Rippling request log

Use the Rippling request log to investigate recent communication between QuickStart and Rippling without displaying the authentication token or payroll response data. The newest requests appear first.

Review requests

  1. Open Menu > Accounting > Settings > Rippling Integration.
  2. Select Rippling request log.
  3. Use Search request log or the start-date and end-date filters to narrow the list.
  4. Review Time, Operation, Endpoint, Status, HTTP status, Message, and Request ID.
  5. To choose visible columns, open column personalization. Changes to the columns are applied automatically.

OK identifies a successful request and Error identifies a failed request. Use the safe message, HTTP status, and request ID when investigating a failure. The log does not replace the payroll-run list and does not display payroll amounts.
