Purchasing settings
Use Menu > Purchasing > Settings to control which purchase-order status changes cause QuickStart to email vendor contacts automatically. These settings govern vendor notifications; recurring purchase-order schedules are managed separately from Menu > Purchasing > Manage purchase orders > Recurring purchase orders.
Open Menu and select Purchasing > Settings. Select Vendor notifications to review or change the email preference.
Recurring purchase orders are a Purchasing function, not a Purchasing setting. To work with them, select Menu > Purchasing > Manage purchase orders > Recurring purchase orders.
