View a list of existing segments

Review existing segments before creating or changing a classification so that you do not duplicate one that already meets the business need. Open Menu > Administration > Customization > Segments to search active or inactive segments by name, segment ID, value, or date.

Before you begin

You need access to Menu > Administration > Customization > Segments.

View existing segments

  1. Open Menu > Administration > Customization > Segments.

  2. Select Active or Inactive to choose which segments to display.

  3. Enter one or more search criteria. You can search by Name, Segment ID, Values, Last updated, or Created.

  4. Review the matching rows. Select a column heading to change the sort order, or select Download view to export the displayed results.
