Add ShipStation API billing information
Add subscription or account billing information in the ShipStation API portal that opens after you select Continue to ShipStation API during registration. This information is entered on a third-party website. Do not enter payment information unless your company has authorized it.
Before you begin
Begin Register with ShipStation API and continue until Continue to ShipStation API opens the third-party portal. Obtain authorization to accept third-party terms and enter company payment information. ShipStation controls the redirected portal, so its page names and required fields can change independently of QuickStart.
Open account billing
- In the ShipStation API portal opened from Continue to ShipStation API, use the current ShipStation instructions to review the account or subscription charges and provide the requested billing information. Do not enter payment information unless your company has authorized it.
- Complete the portal flow and return to QuickStart.
- If the registration dialog is still open, select Registration Complete.
- Open Menu > Products and services > Settings > Shipping > Shipping carrier accounts.
- Select Refresh integrated carriers if the billing flow added or changed a carrier connection.
