Shipping
Use Menu > Products and services > Settings > Shipping to configure the carriers, carrier accounts, service levels, shipping methods, and package types used by sales orders and item fulfillments. QuickStart supports custom fixed-rate shipping and integrated ShipStation API rates and labels, with separate setup requirements for each method.
The Shipping page contains these categories:
- Shipping carriers identifies the companies that transport shipments.
- Shipping carrier accounts connects a carrier to your company’s account and tracking link.
- Shipping carrier service levels defines services such as ground or overnight shipping.
- Shipping methods combines a carrier account, service level, accounting information, and either a flat or integrated rate.
- Package types stores package dimensions and maximum weight.
- Manage ShipStation API account provides integration account and diagnostic actions after registration.
