SuiteProjects Pro Service Level Commitment guarantees a 99.5% uptime (outside of scheduled service windows) for the SuiteProjects Pro production applications for all customers.
The following site may be used to check the SuiteProjects Pro system status at any time. This site is available even if the SuiteProjects Pro web application is experiencing a service interruption or downtime.

All SuiteProjects Pro accounts in all environments are hosted in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). For more information about OCI, see https://cloud.oracle.com/iaas/architecture. In OCI, data is backed up using the OCI Gold policy.
SuiteProjects Pro runs in two geographically separated data centers: a primary data center in Virginia and a secondary data center in Arizona. The secondary data center provides data mirroring, disaster recovery, and failover capabilities should the primary data center become nonoperational. For more information, see SuiteProjects Pro Data Center.
SuiteProjects Pro has an SSAE 18 (SOC1/SOC2)/ISAE 3402 Type II audit conducted annually and a report prepared by an accredited third-party external auditor. The report contains information about policies, procedures, and controls relevant to data backups, offsite storage, restore, system availability, and uptime. A copy of the report can be provided to customers on request.
