Use 2023.1 communication endpoint

NetSuite 2020.1 and 2023.1 SOAP web services endpoints are currently available for use in the integration.

Check the Use 2023.1 communication endpoint box to use the NetSuite 2023.1 endpoint. Otherwise, SuiteProjects Pro uses the NetSuite 2020.1 endpoint by default for the integration.

After you change this setting and save the form, click the Tips menu icon and click Synchronize NetSuite custom fields.

Important:

Availability of the NetSuite 2020.1 SOAP web services endpoint for use in the NetSuite <> SuiteProjects Pro integration will end with the SuiteProjects Pro 2025.2 release.

If you are using the 2020.1 endpoint for the integration, switch to using the 2023.1 endpoint before the SuiteProjects Pro 2025.2 release. The switch will be done automatically with the SuiteProjects Pro 2025.2 release if you are still using the 2020.1 endpoint for the integration.

You should test this integration change in sandbox NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro accounts first.
