Setting up the Loaded Cost (Custom Record) Export Workflow

Use the following steps to set up the Loaded Cost (Custom Record) export workflow.

To set up the Loaded Cost (Custom Record) export workflow in NetSuite

  1. Create a custom record type to export SuiteProjects Pro loaded cost information to.

  2. Create the custom fields for the custom record type to export SuiteProjects Pro loaded cost information to.

To set up the Loaded Cost (Custom Record) export workflow in SuiteProjects Pro

  1. In SuiteProjects Pro, go to Administration > NetSuite Connector, click the Tips menu button, then NetSuite Connector administration form.

  2. Check the Loaded Cost (Custom Record:) box under the Exports form section, and enter the internal ID of the NetSuite custom record type you want to export the loaded cost information to in the text box.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Click Close.

  5. Go to Administration > NetSuite Connector > Mapping.

  6. Click the Tips utility button, then click Synchronize NetSuite custom fields from the contextual tips menu.

  7. Click New workflow then Customers (Customers).

  8. Click Loaded Cost (Custom Record: <CustomRecordTypeID>) in the list of integration workflows.

  9. Modify the field mapping definition table for the Loaded Cost (Custom Record: <CustomRecordTypeID>) export workflow as required. See Mapping SuiteProjects Pro Fields and NetSuite Fields and Customers (Customers) Export Field Mapping Definition.

  10. Click the switch next to the workflow name to activate Active switch set to ON or to deactivate Active switch set to OFF the workflow.

  11. Click Save.

  12. (Optional) Add the Loaded Cost (Custom Record: <CustomRecordTypeID>) export workflow to a workflow group and schedule it to run automatically. See Scheduling the Integration to Run Automatically.

  13. (Optional) Enable the autorecovery feature for customer records exported to NetSuite as part of an interrupted export process. See Verify customer export.
