Authorization Record
An authorization allows you to request advance approval for planned future expenses, submit them for approval, and track their approval. If you're a manager, you can review and approve or reject authorizations submitted by one of your reports.
The authorization page includes the following tabs:

Future expenses – The Future expenses tab shows the list of expenses that you want to the advance approval for in your authorization.

Properties – The Properties tab holds general information for the authorization. You can also add notes or attachments.

Submit/Approve – Use the Submit/Approve tab to submit your authorization for approval, view the approval history of an authorization, along with any notes for each approval stage, or to approve or reject the entire authorization.
