Authorization List
The authorization list gives an overview of your authorizations by status. Depending on your access profile, the list may include the authorizations of others, such as the authorizations of your reports if you're a manager, for example, in addition to your authorizations.
The list includes a tab for each authorization status and a tab for All authorizations that you have access to.
Depending on your access profile, you may not have access to all the following tabs.

Open – Open authorizations are authorizations that haven't been submitted for approval yet. You can modify your open authorizations and submit them for approval.

Submitted – Submitted authorizations are authorizations awaiting approval from you or from someone else. Typically, you can't modify your authorizations after you submit them for approval.

To approve – If you can approve other employee's authorizations, the authorizations in the To approve tab are the submitted authorizations awaiting your approval.

Approved – After an authorization is approved, it appears in the Approved tab until it's archived.

Rejected – If an authorization is rejected, it appears in the Rejected tab. You can modify your rejected authorizations and submit them again for approval.

Expensed – After an authorization is approved, you can link an expense report to that authorization. Approved authorizations linked to an expense report appear in the Expensed tab.

All – This tab includes the authorizations from all the other tabs.
To view the list of authorizations with a specific approval status or all authorizations, go to Expenses > Authorizations – [Select an approval status], then click a tab to move between different lists filtered by the corresponding approval status.
Click the name of an authorization to go to that authorization.
