Integrations and Add-on Services
SuiteProjects Pro supports the following integrations and add-on services.
The following integrations are available as optional features:

The NetSuite Integration feature provides a seamless flow of information between SuiteProjects Pro Professional Services Automation (PSA) and NetSuite Financials (ERP). It lets you leverage the strength of both system and create an integrated solutions for greater collaboration, automation and efficiency gains across your enterprise.

Business Intelligence Connector
The Business Intelligence Connector feature is a licensed add-on that lets you publish reports and lists to a data feed in an OData/JSON format, which is a standard format that can be consumed by BI tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau and many other applications.

The SAML Single Sign-on (SSO) feature lets you use an external Identity Provider service to manage user access to your SuiteProjects Pro account.
SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager is available as an add-on service aimed at account administrators. See Integration Manager.
SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager is a Windows desktop application designed to support the exchange of data between SuiteProjects Pro and third-party applications in your infrastructure using CSV export and import functionality. SuiteProjects Pro Integration Manager is a licensed add-on service.
Support for Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) ended on January 13, 2026. All updates, issue fixes, and customer support for EIM stopped on that date.
The EIM installer and all access to SuiteProjects Pro from EIM may be removed in future. EIM help topics are no longer available in the Help Center. The EIM PDF guide remains available for reference until October 2027.
If your organization uses the EIM desktop application to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online or Exchange Server, switch to an alternative solution. For more information, see End of Support for Exchange Integration Manager.
The following integrations are available as add-on services aimed at professionals and project managers:

SuiteProjects Pro Project Connector lets Project Managers exchange project plan information between SuiteProjects Pro and Microsoft Project.

Outlook Connector
SuiteProjects Pro Outlook Connector can be used by authorized individual SuiteProjects Pro users to export their task assignments, bookings, and schedule requests to their Microsoft Outlook calendar.
