Updating an Authorization
After you create an authorization, you can update it at any time before you submit it for approval.
You can only edit open and rejected authorizations.
To update an authorization:

Go to Expenses > Authorizations – [Select Open or Rejected] > [Select an authorization].
The authorization record appears and shows the future expenses list on the Future expenses tab by default.

Update information in the following tabs:

Future expenses – Use this tab to add and modify the list expenses you want to get advance approval for. Select or enter the following details for each expense entry in the grid:

Expense item – The type of expense.

Amount – The anticipated cost.

Currency
-
Description
-

Properties – This tab holds general information for the authorization, notes and attachments. Depending on your access profile, you can add, remove, update or download attachments. See Working with Attachments.

Click Save.
