Prerequisites for Loop Returns
You must meet the following prerequisites before setting up the Loop connector in NetSuite Connector:
Shopify Storefront Dependency
When you configure the Loop Connector, enter the Shopify store name connected to your Loop account. Only one Loop account instance can connect to a single Shopify store at a time.
Premium Add-on License Offering
The Loop Connector depends on the Shopify Connector and is included with the Premium Connector Add-On license SKU. Purchasing the Premium Connector Add-On, requires a Premium Plus E- Commerce License to ensure all dependencies and integrations are supported.
Sync Dependency
To enable Loop Shopify refund sync, you must first enable and properly configure the corresponding Shopify refund sync (Shopify to NetSuite). The connector enforces this dependency and blocks activation of Loop Connector refund sync until Shopify refund sync is enabled.
