Using the NSAR Implementer Role

If you have the Administrator role, you can assign the NSAR Implementer role to a new or existing user in NetSuite. This role allows the user to perform the following tasks:

• Set up the connection to the Account Reconciliation application

• Download the Account Reconciliation configuration package

• Export Account Reconciliation data files

• Create and customize saved searches that are predefined in Account Reconciliation Sync

• Add, customize, and execute jobs for job types that are predefined in Account Reconciliation Sync

• View job execution logs

• View the Jobs Calendar page

• View the Accounts for Group Reconciliation page

Note:

The NSAR Implementer role does not allow users to access Oracle EPM Connector and perform the following tasks:

• Set or change the file encryption password

• View activity logs

To perform these tasks, use the Administrator role. For more information about the Oracle EPM Connector SuiteApp, see Oracle EPM Connector SuiteApp.

To assign the NSAR Implementer role to users:

1. Go to Lists > Employees > Employees.

2. Click Edit next to the employee to whom you want to assign the NSAR Implementer role.

3. Click the Access subtab.

4. In the Roles column, select NSAR Implementer, and then click Add.

5. Click Save.
