FSM Mobile Workflow

A common high-level workflow for technicians in Field Service Management (FSM) Mobile is:

  1. Sign in.

  2. Open the app and wait for the initial data fetch to complete.

  3. Review the task list.

  4. Select a task to open its details.

  5. Use the map, if needed, to locate the job site.

  6. Start the task.

  7. Complete required and optional task tabs. For example, Time, Parts, Notes, and Photos.

  8. Mark the task as complete when finished.

  9. Enter any required post-work information, such as signatures on the Job Completion and Signatures tab.

  10. Return to the task list and continue with the next job.
