Ensure You Have Open Adjustments

Before executing the data integration, ensure you have open adjustments.

To check whether you have open adjustments:

  1. In your Account Reconciliation application, click the Navigator icon Navigator icon, and go to Matching.

  2. Open the required transaction matching from the list.

  3. In the newly opened window, click the Adjustments icon Adjustments icon.

  4. Ensure the Extract Status for the adjustments is Open. Otherwise, select the adjustments, click Actions, and then Mark as Open.
