Assigning a Quality Inspection
After an inspection is triggered, it shows up in the data collection tool's inspection queue. A quality manager can set key details for the pending inspection, like who it's assigned to, its priority, and its status.
You can only stage an inspection for the tablet if there's an active specification-inspection record and the inspection is marked Active.
To assign a quality inspection in the Quality Management tablet interface:

Go to Quality > Setup > Inspections.

To display existing inspection queue records, click List.

Select a Location where this inspection is to occur from the list.

Select an Item record to be inspected.

Select the name of the person this inspection is Assigned To.

Select an Inspection Status.

Select a Transaction Type to be inspected.

Select an inspector name from the Set Assigned To list.

Select an inspection priority from the Set Priority list.

Select an inspection status from the Set Status list.

In the Queue Records subtab, beside the inspections you want to update, check the Select box.
You can set the status of pending inspections to decide the order they show up in the Queue Records list.

Click Assign.
