Shopify Store Credit as NetSuite Order Discounts
NetSuite Connector can sync Shopify store credit tenders to NetSuite as order discounts. To use this functionality, you must configure the Shopify store credit discount mapping.
When you pay for a Shopify order with store credit, Shopify reports the store credit as a payment method. NetSuite Connector syncs the store credit to NetSuite as a discount on the order.
The discount helps NetSuite reflect the remaining payment amount for order posting, cash sales, customer deposits, and undeposited funds.
Configuring Shopify Store Credit Discount Mapping
To sync Shopify store credit as an order discount, configure the store credit discount mapping in NetSuite Connector.
To configure the store credit discount mapping:

Log in to https://connector.netsuite.com/.

Go to NetSuite Connector > Integrations > Shopify > Settings > Orders.

Under the Discount subtab, enter the internal ID or item name in the NetSuite discount item to post store credits to (Internal ID or Item Name) field.
NetSuite Connector syncs store credit only if a StoreCredit discount item or discount line item mapping is available. If neither mapping is configured, NetSuite Connector does not post the store credit as an order discount.
