Printing Portugal PDF Documents

Portugal Localization SuiteApp provides you with updated and compliant templates containing Portugal-specific fields for printing your transaction receipts. You can print your Portugal PDF documents by clicking the Print button on your transaction record. It is possible to print one or more copies of your transaction receipts in a single PDF file, and share them with your customers, vendors, and shipping companies. The documents can either be printed in English or Portuguese, depending on the language settings of your NetSuite account.

This feature supports the ability to print the following types of Portugal-specific transaction receipts:

• Cash Sale

• Cash Refund

• Credit Memo

• Delivery

• Invoice

• Payment Receipt

• Sales Order

Note:

From the transaction types mentioned above, only Invoice and Credit Memo allow you to keep track of your printing history. For the other transaction types, this feature belonging to the Advanced Localization Features SuiteApp is not supported.
