Switching Between Your Roles and Companies
This topic describes functionality available in NetSuite Next. NetSuite Next is being made available to customers in phases, so these features may not yet be available in your account. You'll receive in-app notifications when your account is eligible for NetSuite Next.
In NetSuite Next, you can now switch between your roles and companies with the profile menu. The profile menu provides information about your roles and companies. From the profile menu, you can also go to the Preferences page, access the help center, contact support, and sign out of your account. To see where to access the profile menu, go to The Toolbar.
The menu helps you visually differentiate between roles and environments by color. To change the color, on the profile menu, click Preferences. On the Appearance subtab, in the Colors field, select the color theme.
The Exit NetSuite Next option might not be available to all users. Contact a user with the Administrator role for more information.
