You can personalize My Dashboard to best suit your needs.
To arrange My Dashboard in NetSuite for Android:

From My Dashboard, tap the More icon

Tap Personalize.

Touch and hold a portlet to move it up or down to your preferred position.

To hide a portlet, tap the Remove icon
. -
To exit the Personalize screen, tap the Close icon
.My Dashboard reloads with your changes.
