Creating Custom Saved Searches from Profitability and Cost Management Sync Record Types

To check the integration status, you can create saved searches from the available Profitability and Cost Management Sync record types. For example, you can create a saved search that daily sends you an email with a list of jobs that failed during a specified time period. You can also create a saved search that collects execution logs for you.

The applicable Profitability and Cost Management Sync record types include the following:

• NSPC | Event Logs

• NSPC | Jobs

• NSPC | Job Execution Log

To create a saved search from a record type:

1. Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.

2. Click the record type of your choice.

   Note:

   In NetSuite, the terms 'jobs' and 'projects' are used interchangeably. Therefore, NetSuite displays NSPC | Projects and NSPC | Project Execution Log for the NSPC | Jobs and NSPC | Job Execution Log record types.

3. Enter a title for the search.

4. Make any other necessary changes, and click Save.
