Identifying Lost Leads
When leads do not qualify for conversion and no further follow-up is required, you can change the status of the lead to Lost Lead.
To mark a lead as lost:

Go to Leads > Relationships> Leads.

Edit the relevant lead.

From the Status list, select Lead-Lost.

Click Save.
