Supported Orders in Amazon Vendor Central

Orders in Amazon Vendor Central are categorized by the vendor type. The following are the vendor types and how orders for each vendor type are handled through the Order Sync:

• Direct Fulfillment

  Direct Fulfillment orders are shipped directly to the customer. Since the destination is a customer address rather than an Amazon warehouse, these orders must contain the customer address for fulfillment.

• Retail Procurement

  Retail Procurement vendors sell items in bulk directly to Amazon. In the Retail Procurement program, Amazon places the order and the vendor ships the products to an Amazon warehouse.
