Viewing Customer Activity Logs in NetSuite for Mobile

NetSuite for Mobile enables you to view recent activities related to a customer such as calls, events, invoices, and other interactions. This enables you to view different types of activities in one place instead of navigating to multiple screens to see certain activities.

To view the activity for a customer in NetSuite for iOS:

  1. Go to Records > Customers. Swipe left on a customer.

  2. Tap the Activity Log icon.

  3. To view details for a certain activity, tap the record of this activity.

To view the activity for a customer in NetSuite for Android:

  1. Go to Records > Customers. Tap the More icon on a customer.

  2. Tap Activity.

  3. To view details for a certain activity, tap the record of this activity.

Important:

Transactions are ordered by their date of creation or date of last modification.
