This report contains fields for the staff member's name, start and end dates of the report, and the types of shifts to pick.

Scheduled and Timesheet Shifts

Scheduled shifts and timesheet shifts can have the following statuses:

  • Approved – Approved shifts have been approved by a manager. An approved shift has a thumbs-up icon or a dialog to edit and approve the shift.

  • Denied – Denied shifts have been denied by a manager. A denied shift has a thumbs-down icon.

  • Unprocessed – Unprocessed shifts have been neither approved nor denied by a manager.

If there is a matching scheduled shift and timesheet shift, one of them will be approved and the other will be unprocessed. New shifts appear on new lines.

Actual Shifts

Actual shifts are scheduled shifts or timesheet shifts which have been approved. Actual shifts may or may not have a matching scheduled shift or timesheet shift.

Actual shifts can have the following statuses:

  • Processed – Processed shifts are exported to payroll, or the pay period has been entered in Adi Insights as a locked period.

  • Unprocessed – Unprocessed shifts are not exported to payroll.

If an actual shift has not been processed, the "i" icon beside the shift will show which manager approved the shift and when it was approved.
