Inactivating Country-Specific Report Records

You may consider inactivating a variable or report record instead of deleting these records. This way, the records are kept and may still be used in the future. Inactive variables will not be used in reports. Inactive reports will not be visible on the Country-Specific Reports page.

To inactive a country-specific report record:

  1. Go to Customization > List, Records, & Fields > Record Types.

  2. Find the appropriate record that you want to delete:

    1. If you are deleting a report, find CSR - Report.

    2. If you are deleting a variable, find CSR - Variable.

  3. Click List on the row of the record type where you want to delete a record.

  4. Click Edit next to the name of the variable or report that you want to delete.

  5. Check the Inactive box.

  6. Click Save.
