Working With Turnover Analysis
Turnover analysis helps you see which employees are leaving your company and why. This can help you spot challenges, improve the employee experience, and plan better strategies. Turnover analysis includes all active and inactive employees with a termination or release date for each month of the current and previous year. Employees without a hire date on their record aren't included.
To access the Turnover Analysis page, go to Reports > Employees/HR > Turnover Analysis.

To use turnover analysis, make sure your account has the Termination Reasons Tracking feature enabled. For more information, see Termination Reason Tracking.
