Generating the Lease Amortization Schedule

The Lease Amortization Schedule is the schedule of the net present value and interest for the lease. You can generate a lease amortization schedule if you have previously entered lease payments for the Lease record. The status of the Lease record should show Pending Lease Schedules if there are no schedules created yet.

To generate the lease amortization schedule:

1. Go to Fixed Assets > Leases > Generate Lease Schedules.

2. Select the Lease record for which you want to generate a Lease Amortization Schedule.

3. Click the Generate button at the top of the page.

   The system computes for the net present value, interest, and principal.
