Contact Form Content Type

The Contact Form can be added to your web store to include a form allowing users to reach out with questions or comments. The contact form creates Lead and Case records in NetSuite to document users’ names and email addresses. The following sections address how to:

If a user submits a contact form using an email address that has already been used, new Lead and Case records are created in NetSuite. The request is not added to the existing Lead and Case records.
