With a Financial Institution Connectivity Plug-in, you can:

• Own and develop your own specific integration to a financial institution API you have that can be configured to your needs.

  Conversely, the Bank Feeds SuiteApp provides a generic way to connect to a large set of financial institutions. As well, the AMEX Corporate Card Integration SuiteApp enables you to only connect to American Express.

• Connect to financial institutions that are not supported by SuiteApps.

  Note:

  The Bank Feeds SuiteApp is available to connect to financial institutions that operate in:

  • Australia

  • Asia (Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand)

  • Europe

  • Oceania (New Zealand)

  • North America (Canada and the United States)

• Retrieve bank data from your financial institution without having to provide user credentials to a third-party service, which the Bank Feeds SuiteApp requires.

In addition to creating plug-ins, the Financial Institution Connectivity interface enables you to develop your own connectivity applications. These provide more options for the way that your system connects to financial institutions.
