Viewing a List of Recent Calls in NetSuite for iOS

Follow this procedure to view a list of recent calls.

To view a list of recent calls:

  1. In the Phone Calls portlet on the Dashboard, tap the Arrow icon NetSuite for iOS Arrow icon. For more information, see My Dashboard in NetSuite for iOS.

  2. (Optional) Tap All / Unlogged to switch between viewing all recent calls and viewing only those that have not been logged.

  3. (Optional) Tap Clear to clear all calls or clear only logged calls.
