Entering Commercial Registration Information

You must enter the Commercial Registry Office and Commercial Registration Number. This information is required in generating the PT SAF-T file. The PT SAF-T file cannot be generated successfully without this information, or if any of the information entered is invalid.

To enter the commercial registration information:

1. Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.

2. Find the record Compliance – Portugal Record with ID, customrecord_portugal, and click List.

3. Click Edit on the row with CommercialRegistryOffice in the Name column.

4. In the Value field, enter the two-letter country code for Portugal, PT.

5. Click Save.

6. Click Edit on the row with CommercialRegistrationNumber in the Name column.

7. In the Value field, enter the registration number.

   Note:

   Enter only numeric characters in this field.

8. Click Save.
