NetSuite Connector

This release note was updated October 19, 2026.

NetSuite 2026.2 includes the following enhancements to NetSuite Connector features:

Custom Data Syncs Between NetSuite and Salesforce

Custom data syncs let administrators configure data synchronization between supported NetSuite records and Salesforce objects. You can now use a custom flow when a prebuilt Salesforce Connector flow doesn't meet your integration needs. Each custom data sync runs in one direction, either from NetSuite to Salesforce or from Salesforce to NetSuite.

To configure a custom data sync, in Salesforce Connector, go to Settings > Data Flows > Custom Data Sync. On the Custom Record Types tab of the Data Mappings page, you can configure field mappings or click Suggest Field Mappings with AI to add suggested mappings. You can enable a configured data sync for automatic processing. You can synchronize and verify a record by selecting Post Record.

To use custom data syncs, you must have the following:

  • A licensed NetSuite Connector Platform account with a valid Salesforce connection

  • Access to the Salesforce objects and fields used by the data sync

  • Permission to configure data flows and to view metadata for the selected NetSuite records and Salesforce objects

For Salesforce custom objects, you must configure an available field as both External ID and Unique.

NetSuite Connector for ADP Workforce Now

The ADP Connector syncs employee, payroll journal entry, and paycheck data from ADP Workforce Now to NetSuite.
