A NetSuite Connector implementation can include software governed by licenses from third parties (“Third Party Software” and “Third Party License”). All third party software licensed for use with NetSuite Connector is subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding Third Party License, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement governing the NetSuite Connector Software.
