Including Expense Receipts
The IPT SuiteApp enables you to print or email expense receipts along with an invoice. To include receipts to an invoice, check the Include Receipts box in an invoice presentation template.
Ensure the following when you include receipts:

Expenses are attached to expense reports.

The IPT Include Receipts box is checked.

Expense receipt files must be in PNG, JPEG, GIF, or TIFF format only.

The total file size of all expense receipts must not exceed 10 MB.

The charge or summary type selected on invoice presentation template is Expense–Based.

Invoice should include expense based charges.

The Company-Wide Usage box is checked for each receipt attached to an invoice to print or email.
