Prerequisites

To use Workforce Management, you'll need to:

Account ID

Give your NetSuite Account ID to your NetSuite rep, and the NetSuite team will make the Workforce Management (WFM) SuiteApp available in your account.

Enable Token-Based Authentication (TBA)

TBA lets WFM use a token to access NetSuite through APIs.
