Prerequisites

To use Workforce Management, you need to:

Account ID

Provide your NetSuite Account ID to your NetSuite representative. The NetSuite team will make the Workforce Management SuiteApp available to your NetSuite Account.

Enable Token-Based Authentication (TBA)

TBA enables Workforce Management to use a token to access NetSuite through APIs.
