Enable Features for an Email Capture Plug-in Implementation
Before you install an Email Capture Plug-in SuiteApp, make sure that the Server SuiteScript feature is enabled in the account.
To enable features for the Email Capture Plug-in:

Choose Setup > Company > Enable Features.

On the SuiteCloud subtab, enable the Server SuiteScript feature.

If necessary, check the box and agree to the Terms of Service.

Click Save.
