Printing an Estimate

To print estimates, you need Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

To print a single estimate:

  1. Go to Opportunities > Transactions > Estimates > New.

  2. On the Estimate, complete the information as appropriate.

  3. Click Print.

    NetSuite opens the form as a PDF.

  4. Click the Print button in the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader window.

  5. To print multiple copies, specify the number on the print message that appears.

  6. Click OK.

You can also print estimates by going to the Opportunities > Transactions > Estimates. Then, on the Estimates page, click Print next to the estimate you want to print. You can also save the estimate as a PDF from the Adobe Acrobat window.

To print multiple estimates:

  1. Go to Customers > Transactions > Print Checks and Forms.

  2. On the Print Checks and Forms page, click Estimates.

  3. On the Print estimates page, if you use locations, choose the location you want to print estimates from.

  4. Check the Allow Reprinting box to be able to reprint previously printed transactions.

    When you check this box, all documents appear at the bottom of the page in segments.

  5. Check the box in the Print column by each estimate you want to print.

  6. Click Print.

    If you do not use the Download PDF Files preference at Home > Set Preferences, a preview of your estimates appears in Adobe Acrobat.

    If you do use the Download PDF Files preference, you must first save your estimates and then open them with Adobe Acrobat.

  7. Click the printer button in the Adobe Acrobat frame.

  8. If you want to print multiple copies, specify the number on the print message that appears.

  9. Click OK.
