Specify the filter criteria for searching a report job history.
Enter values for the Filter criteria to search for a specific job history or group of completed report jobs.
Users with the BI Consumer role are restricted from using the Equals operator and Contains operator in the Owner field to search for the report jobs of other users. Only users with the BI Administrator role can search for the report jobs of other users.
Click Search. The jobs that meet the filter criteria are displayed in the Report Job Histories table.
You can sort the table by a particular column by clicking the column heading and selecting the up arrow or down arrow for ascending or descending.
